500 Sites. One Installation Standard.
LFP battery energy storage with 2 kW hybrid solar, installed and commissioned across the Uttar Pradesh state cooperative building network.
Storage. Engineered.

01 · The Engagement
A State Network, Not a Pilot
Zyntra supplied, installed and commissioned LFP battery energy storage systems paired with 2 kW rooftop solar at 500 government cooperative buildings across Uttar Pradesh — multipurpose primary agricultural cooperative societies and PM Kisan Samriddhi Kendras serving rural farming districts.
Scope delivered
Supply, installation, commissioning and handover — a single accountable scope per site, not a component sale.
Site type
Public-sector rural buildings: lightly staffed, weak grid, no climate control, no on-site technical supervision.
Standard
One bill of materials, one mounting standard, one commissioning checklist — repeated 500 times.
02 · Scale
What 500 Sites Actually Required
500
Sites
Supplied, installed and commissioned under one programme.
2 kW
Per Site
Hybrid solar inverter with LFP battery bank at every location.
600 km
Corridor
Western to eastern Uttar Pradesh — Bijnor through to Sultanpur.
100%
Documented
Every commissioning captured with coordinates and a photographic record.
Volume is the easy part to state. The harder part — and the reason this record is worth reading — is that the five-hundredth site was built to the same drawing as the first.
03 · Reach
Verified Across the State, Not Clustered in One District
The sample below is drawn from opposite ends of the delivery corridor. The logistics, crew coverage and supervision model had to hold across all of it — not just around one depot.
Jhalu, Bijnor
29.3334° N · 78.2214° E — Western UP
Satanpur, Sultanpur
26.1780° N · 82.1348° E — Eastern UP
Lalganj Ajhara, Pratapgarh
25.9344° N · 81.7001° E — Central-east UP
Muraini, Pratapgarh
26.0617° N · 81.6171° E — Central-east UP
Pilkhini, Sultanpur
26.0659° N · 82.2251° E — Eastern UP
04 · Field Record
The Same Installation, Four Districts Apart
05 · System
One Bill of Materials, Repeated
01
Rooftop array
2 kW solar, structure-mounted and aligned on site.
02
DC protection
DCDB with isolation and surge protection, gland-entered.
03
Hybrid inverter
2 kW wall-mounted hybrid unit managing solar, storage and grid.
04
LFP battery bank
Floor-standing enclosure — the Zyntra small-format LFP pack line.
05
AC distribution & loads
ACDB, changeover and building circuits, with fire suppression at the panel.
LFP was specified for cycle life, thermal stability and zero routine maintenance — the properties that matter when nobody visits the site between service calls.
06 · Execution
How the Standard Held at Site 500
Cluster-based crews. Districts grouped into clusters, each with a trained installation team and a supervising engineer — capacity added by cloning the cluster, not stretching one team.
Fixed mounting standard. Inverter height, enclosure footprint, conduit runs and gland entries specified in advance, so quality does not depend on which crew arrived.
Safety fitted, not promised. Isolation, surge protection and fire suppression installed at every site as part of the standard kit — visible in the site record, not just the specification.
Geo-tagged handover. Each commissioning captured with coordinates, date and time stamp, plus a mounted handover plaque naming the site and the completion date.
07 · Transferability
Built for Unattended, Distributed Estates
The cooperative network is a distributed portfolio of small, remote, lightly supervised sites on an unreliable grid. Those are the conditions our packs and our field model were proven in.
01
Weak and intermittent grid
Frequent, deep discharge cycling rather than occasional standby duty.
02
No climate control
Ambient heat, humidity and dust — LFP chemistry selected for thermal stability.
03
No on-site technical staff
Systems must run maintenance-free between scheduled service visits.
04
Road-access-only locations
Delivery, install and service planned as a logistics problem, not a product drop.
