Verification notes
- 1RESOLVED — ZYN-I160 is LFP. The source specification document listed LTO; that is superseded. The entire range is lithium iron phosphate. Three dependent figures moved with the correction: depth of discharge is 95% (not 100%), and cycle life is 6,000–8,500 (not 20,000+) — both of those were LTO characteristics rather than LFP ones.
- 2RESOLVED — 5 years onsite, across the whole ZYNTRA range. The source specification document listed 3 years for six of seven models; that is superseded by the Residential & Commercial Limited Warranty Policy, which is the contractual document. Coverage is tiered: Years 1–2 comprehensive (parts, cells, BMS boards, labour, travel, logistics), Years 3–5 service (labour, diagnostics and freight free; replacement parts at cost).
- 3Cycle life is stated here as the full 6,000–8,500 range at 25 °C. Product and Solution pages use “up to 8,000 cycles”, which sits inside that range — the shorter form is the marketing figure, this is the engineering one.
- 4ZYN-I160 remains the ruggedised model, but the differentiator is thermal management and enclosure — not a different chemistry. Its 1.5C rate, 250 A charge current and IP67 rating come from an advanced thermal management system and an upgraded enclosure, which is what enables faster charging and harsher outdoor conditions on the same LFP cells.
- 5ZYN-H200 energy output computes to 2.56 kWh (12.8 V × 200 Ah), matching ZYN-M100 (25.6 V × 100 Ah). The Residential ESS page rounds H200 to 2.5 kWh.

Verification notes
- 1Which warranty applies to the ZYN-IND series depends on its line assignment — see the note below. As ZYNTRA it falls under the 5-year Residential & Commercial Limited Warranty Policy; as ZYNTRA+ it would be excluded from that policy and set per project. This needs settling, because it is a contractual difference and not a presentational one.
- 2RESOLVED on capacity — the C&I BESS page now carries the exact figures (10.24, 51.20 and 102.40 kWh); the model number remains the nominal designation. STILL OPEN on line assignment: this specification places the ZYN-IND series under ZYNTRA Range A, while the C&I BESS page presents them within the ZYNTRA+ line. That is a contractual question, not a presentational one — as ZYNTRA the 5-year policy applies, as ZYNTRA+ it does not.

Verification notes
- 1System service life is 10–12 years, per the ZyntraPOD page. The source specification document stated 15–20 calendar years, which is the figure that applies to the standalone packs on Residential ESS; ZyntraPOD runs as an always-on inverter and battery system rather than backup-only, so it sees far more continuous duty and carries the more conservative rating. The 6,000–8,500 cycle rating is unchanged — it is the cell rating, which the duty cycle then consumes faster.
Before commissioning
Confirm against the installation manual.
Specifications may change without notice as part of continuous engineering improvement. Product performance depends on installation, operating conditions and system configuration. Information published here is not engineering design documentation or a contractual specification — always confirm against the model-specific installation manual before commissioning.
